Membership details & policies

BillingChoose $25 per week or $89 per month. Both payment options carry a minimum six-month commitment.

Coaching modelDesigned for members to work largely at their own pace while still having platform, content, community and team access.

Upgrade pathMembers can request an assessment from a coach to apply for a higher-tier program.

CancellationAfter the initial six-month commitment, the membership continues until cancelled. Cancel before the next billing cycle.

Focused 40-day coaching

Choose group support or add private coaching.

Both Accelerator options use a focused 40-day structure. The main decision is how much direct coaching access you want during that period.

Program details & coaching policies

Session structure4 one-on-one sessions plus 6 group classes. One-on-one sessions are 30–45 minutes; group classes are 60 minutes.

Coaching timePhone calls, video calls and short check-ins count toward scheduled coaching time. Messaging does not.

Coach preparationCoach preparation and research are tracked internally so the team can account for work happening outside the meeting itself.

Unused timeTime may expire when no notice is given. With communication, rescheduling is based on the coach's next availability within 14 days.

Additional coachingAdditional time can be purchased. Complimentary time may be provided based on the coach's judgment.

Missed sessionsCancellations or no-shows are tracked and may count as fulfilled at the coach's discretion.

Upgrade / downgradeA strong entry point for a new or skeptical lead, and a natural upgrade for a Foundations member who wants more help.

Payment & cancellationFlexible payment arrangements may be available; the program starts after it is fully paid. A 72-hour cancellation option applies.

High-touch private coaching

The Total Wellness Intensives move beyond a short reset into a longer coaching relationship, a custom Longevity Lifestyle plan and a higher level of direct access.

Alternative pathA strong option for someone who wants substantial personal coaching support without moving into the highest private tier.

Payment & startPayment arrangements and the amount required before starting are finalized directly with the coach.

Cancellation / refundA 72-hour cancellation policy applies. Limited refund eligibility may be available within 30 days and is confirmed in the coaching agreement.

Coaching-session policyThis program follows the same coaching-session policy structure used by the 12-month intensive.

EligibilityClients generally join after completing Vitality Accelerator unless a special exception is made.

Private accessThis is designed to become the primary way clients work privately with Justyn & Elle as coaches.

Coaching rhythmMonthly private session plus 2–3 weekly one-on-one check-ins. Monthly meetings are 60–90 minutes; weekly check-ins are 5–15 minutes.

CommunicationPhone calls, video calls and short check-ins count toward scheduled coaching time. Messaging does not.

Coach preparationPreparation and research are tracked internally to reflect the work happening between client conversations.

Unused timeTime may expire when no notice is given. With communication, rescheduling is based on coach availability within the next 14 days.

Additional coachingAdditional time can be purchased. Complimentary time may be provided based on the coach's judgment.

Missed sessionsCancellations or no-shows are tracked and may count as fulfilled at the coach's discretion.
